Both of South Korea's most serious outbreaks of COVID-19 have been linked to church services but it's been reported that the recent rise in cases is due to private gatherings and public facilities, which is making it difficult to identify transmission routes. There is a new law that fines people not wearing masks in public. This law started on Friday(Nov 13th). People caught without masks in public venues face fines of up to 100,000 won but the operators of those places can pay as much as 3 million won in fines. 
한국의 가장 심각했던 두 번의 코로나 확산은 모두 교회 예배와 연관이 있었지만 최근 확진자의 증가는 개인 모임과 공공 시설에 의한 것으로 보도됐는데 이것이 감염 경로를 파악하는 일을 어렵게 만들고 있다. 공공 장소에서 마스크를 끼지 않는 사람들에게 벌금을 물게 하는 새로운 법이 있는데 이 법은 금요일(11월14일)에 시행되기 시작됐다. 공공 장소에서 마스크를 끼지 않은 채로 걸리는 사람들은 최대 10만원의 벌금을 물게 되고 해당 시설의 운영자는 많게는 300만원을 벌금으로 낼 수 있다.

It's been reported that tomorrow's wind chill temperature in Seoul will be minus 24 degrees due to heavy snow.
내일 폭설로 인해 서울 체감온도가 영하 24도라고 보도되었다.
